In 2006, I acceptted a great job offer from a Swiss company that meant an introduction to management practice for me. The side effect was that I was not able to continue my studies at a State University in Czech Republic. Then I found out some information about Rockfield College of Management (RCM Switzerland) which gave me the opportunity to higher education with paid employment at same time. I finished my undergraduate program with excellent results, and immediately enrolled on Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.

The degree of Bachelor of Business Administration BBA earned from RCM dramatically uplifted my carer, "the BBA degree proof it meaning, I'm now Project Manager for a major USA multinational group in Czech Republic"  Based on my BBA degree I got a new position in IBM as Project Manager, with opportunity to develop the knowledge acquired in my study. Presently am about completing my MBA and I am already promoted to the role of Project and Service Manager for one of the greatest accounts and major customer in IBM. I am very proud of my career advancement. This career progression was achieved by the great support, cooperation, help and professionalism of the RCM Faculty.

I currently enrolled on the Flexible MBA program with profound opportunity to continue enjoying the quality innovative curricullum being offer at RCM, that allows me to make independent research and the application of practical know-how to the topics of lectures instead of memorising the theory. The education received from RCM enhances my potential for the future and specifically expanding my knowledge of modern Management skills. I've recommended RCM to my close friends and interested students who want to be independent and want to have a control over their life instead of conform to rules of how long and when to study as dictated by other institutions. I am co-ed student from Germany; since my childhood, I have great passion for Aviation profession which lately  informed my studying Aviation Management at a university in Germany. In parallel, I accomplished a lot of flight trainings in order to receive my private pilot license to start a career in the cockpit. Since two years, I am holding my license for single engine aircraft and still gathering flight hours for my next license which is the airline transport pilot license. Flying is a quite challenging task, which requires a lot of flexibility.  Rockfield College of Management (RCM University Switzerland) offers innovative and flexible study program in Aviation Management that is able to support my career in the best possible way with focus on high quality studying material, professional mentors out of the aviation business and time flexibility. Additionally, studying at the RCM Switzerland will give me the opportunity to work on both sides of the aviation industry. Not only the operational pilot side will be imaginable for me but also the administrative part of airports and airlines could be entered as well. All these factors were important for me when choosing the RCM university. When I am not at the airport, I enjoy my free time together with friends or I like to go running with our dog.

When I enrolled for Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management offer by Rockfield College of Management (RCM Switzerland), I was an aircraft dispatcher; most of the people never heard this job title. It is a technical job in the aviation industry. My duties were to plan, organize, and solve all the matter that a flight is involved. From basic flight plans in Europe, to articulate flights into Asia or Africa, including all the relative overtly permits, arrange ground handling and all the needs concerning the operation.

I am presently working for Comlux Inc. Switzerland, (Business Aviation Group), Comlux fly top luxury jets around the globe for VIP, Corporate Executives, Royalty and Head of States that requires comfort and luxury, with proven solid base safety and reliable operation. I have full technical background, from my Aviation School in Italy, to my Flight Dispatch license in Dubai at Emirates Aviation College; from an Airline Operation Diploma in Geneva with IATA to the very technical training like flight planning software and aircraft performance.

With my ongoing BS Aviation Management program at RCM, my company recognised my dedication, discipline and quest for further responsibiliy, that resulted in career upliftment; in September 2011, I was promoted as Post Holder Ground Operation Manager, in-charge of Comlux Aruba Division; the new function and job roles was approved by the Aruba Civil Aviation Authority, keeping Zurich as my working place. Now, I am in charge of the Ground Operation duties for Aruba Air Operator's Certificate (AOC), keep support the entire group for the Ground Operation aspect, coordinating with the other Post Holder Ground Operation manager from the other corporate air operator's certificate (AOC). My quest for expanded knowledge in business and management aspect of Aviation industry informed by decision for academic degree program that will provide me study flexibility relating to Aviation profession. I discovered RCM University offers innovative and specialist program leading to Bachelor degree in Aviation Management that sound perfect to accelerate my carrier inside the Aviation industry.

Having lived and worked in various parts of Asia and Europe, my strength lies in responsive team-spirit, understanding the sensibilities of team members and contributing towards achieving challenging targets with common objectives with dogged perseverance and sincerity of purpose are my greatest assets. I hold Bachelor of Science degree from Calcutta University, India and worked as Science teacher in various educational institutions, and as moderator and mentor for multicultural and ethnically audience  for organized events for spouses of expatriates working for Nestle Product Technology Centre Switzerland.

My growing interest in Organizational and Human Resources Management informed and influenced the decision for Master Degree program; a former graduate of RCM introduced the University to me, that it offer quality graduate programs and give student the flexiblity to combine job and family commitment with higher educational goal. Since enrolled in the flexible MBA program, I am well pleased with the structure, innovative flexible learning systems and exceptionally designed curriculum for easy understanding.

I completed three years study for Higher Diploma in Business Administration in a Cyprus-based College; I relocated from Cyprus to France to be closer to my family and start working in business services which is my highest passion. The current global crisis and the consequences for Africa region largely inspired me to seek further higher education. I got interested in study programs of Rockfield College of Management (RCM Switzerland), because it provide adulty learners and students the flexiblity to combine job and family commitment with higher educational goal. I am presently completing my BSc Finance, my current concern has shifted to the well-being and progress of the world’s economy. Why finance? Certainly because one of the ways to keep an economy safe is to find ways to raise or manage funds and other assets. Apart from taking care of my family, my hobbies are reading (mainly novels and thrillers), watching TV and sometimes chilling with friends.

After graduation from High School and further studies in Economics, Law & Administration in Germany. I began career in Information Technology  within a successful IT company, and thereafter follow my heart-beat into the interssing profession of Aviation. My earlier step into Aviation begin with ATPL studies at the Swiss Aviation Training School, Zurich. The financial crisis and especially the struggling of the major Air-Carriers brought me into business aviation to which I had been fully committed for several years. I am presently working for Comlux Inc. Switzerland, a Business Aviation Group in Zurich, with interessing responsibilities for VIP Charter Flights, Executive Jets Leasing, Refurbisment, Sales etc.

My initial studies in Aviation was on technical aspect; having acquired years of professional experience, I decided to broaden and expands my knowledge through further academic studies in Aviation Management in order to acquire significant knowledge of Business Aviation. I belief, having both academic and professional knowledge will be essential assets to attain managerial positions within the modern and complex business aviation organizations. My quest for higher education in business and management aspect of Aviation industry informed by decision for academic degree program that will provide me greater study flexibility.
