The Graduate program in Public Administration will provides students and career public servants the necessary professional training to enhance understanding of governmental work and develop the commitment for knowledgeable public service. RCM’s Master of Public Administration will be a valuable achievement for experienced mid-career public administrators with proven academic competency and extensive administrative experience to advance further in a career in the public sector, with governmental departments or agency (immigration, military services, state and local government jobs), non-profit organization, or public affairs of association or commercial firms; the program also targeted at those who recently completed undergraduate work and aims at employment in the same positions.

 

MPA program will facilitates deeper understanding of public policy and administrative processes; enhance clear understanding of public sector performance and their capabilities as the managers who ensure that performance; and empowers them to transcend traditional boundaries in pursuit of prosperous, safe, and healthy communities through a dedicated democratic value and public service

Master degree program requires the successful completion of 14 Graduate Courses (minimum of 65 ECTS - European Credits Transfer System) above Bachelor degree. Duration:  15 months or less (depend on transfer credits brought into the program)

Transfer Credits: Student may transfer academic credits from recognize institutions. Transfer credits is limited to 20% of total credits required to complete the degree being sought. The courses must be relevant to the student’s program of study and equivalent in both content and degree level (view details of transfer credits)

  

Graduation Requirement: Master degree requires the completion of minimum total of 65-ECTS-units (European Credits Transfer System) above Bachelor degree. Student will received the degree upon successful completion of all require courses; All academic and financial obligations to the University must be fulfiled before the award of diploma and transcripts.
